When the Propane Education and Research Council (PERC) in Washington, DC, needed a creative t-shirt to support their recent branding campaign, they turned to Breakfast at 12 to come up with something different.

 

“Blue” the dog was introduced in the middle of 2016 by PERC and their lead¬†agency as a way to make propane seem friendly and accessible. As a way to reward consumers and their local propane marketers for their patronage, they needed a simple t-shirt that would reflect their “Blue” theme and tie PERC to its American roots.
