David Taylor Cadillac
David Taylor Cadillac/Buick/GMC has been a Houston institution since 1974, but was struggling in 2006 as it lost market share right in its own backyard. The brand suffered from anemic results constantly placing 4th or 5th out of five Cadillac dealers and 12th or 13th for GMC dealers in the Houston market. We created compelling advertising that included radio, television and outdoor–lifting the dealership to 1st or 2nd place in the market for Cadillac and a consistent 8th or 9th place for GMC every year from 2007-2011. All while decreasing media spend by 20%. The dealership was purchased in 2011 by Group One Automotive.
